Broken Skull Sessions with Chris Jericho Surprises WWE Fans

The entire world of pro wrestling shocked as WWE announced Chris Jericho as the guest on the latest Stone Cold’s Broken Skull Sessions episode.

Chris Jericho has played catalyst by opening the forbidden door; we are sure that he will be at the ‘Show of Shows’ in Tampa, Florida, after his latest tweet.

Chris tweeted a selfie from the Tampa International Airport. The picture is of him and a WWE Charter plane in the background. With this, we believe that ‘Le Champion ‘is going to be in the Tampa Bay area during WrestleMania weekend.

It is highly unlikely for Vince McMahon to approve the wrestler’s appearance on WWE TV. After all, Chris is contracted to WWE’s rival AEW, and Vince will not give them exposure on the ‘Grandest Stage of Them All!’

Broken Skull Sessions Chris Jericho, Nice Partnership

AEW has unofficially partnered with IMPACT and NJPW Wrestling in recent months, but it can only be possible in Tony Khan’s dreams to have a partnership with WWE.

Although the ‘Demo God’ may not appear at WrestleMania, there are other big names who might like Becky Lynch or Brock Lesnar. WWE President Nick Khan recently announced Becky would return soon.

Chris and his tweet are concerned; it is nothing more than his playing with wrestling journalists and fans. However, there is still time for WWE to work with its competition.

Chris Jericho on Broken Skull Sessions

Austin has interviewed the professional AEW star for the latest Broken Skull Sessions episode, and it will air after night two of WrestleMania 37 this Sunday, April 10.

It is hard to imagine that Jericho would have agreed to be on the show if he wasn’t.

The topic includes:

  • The best high-fliers
  • His favorite tag team partners
  • The best wrestlers on the mic

There are some guesses. When asked about tag teams, Chris Jericho hits Austin with two people who are under contract with AEW.

Demo God’s first answer is Big Show. That alone would not have confirmed the two of them were free to talk about AEW since the Show was under contract with WWE for over 20 years and just recently left.

However, his other answer was Sammy Guevara. Guevara is one of AEW’s hottest young prospects who has never competed in WWE.

Cris Jericho considers him as one of his best-ever tag partners is also very high praise considering the company Guevara keeps in that category.
