Alex Ndawula’s Cause of Death is still Secret
Alex Ndawula’s cause of death is still a secret and his family has not released a statement surrounding his death cause at this time. He passed away at Nsambya hospital where he was bedridden for some time.
Born in New York in the United States in 1963, Alex relocated to Uganda when his dad passed away when he was only eight years.
Alexander would later join St.Mary’s College Kisubi but just one year later went to Nairobi, then Namasagali for his high school, and ultimately Nakawa Technical Institute from where he did Marketing.
He said his hobbies centered around radio presenting as well as deejaying and this shaped his career and future. “My idea of fun as a child-centered on playing basketball, swimming, playing music and I loved to read,” Alex said in an interview with this publication in 2012.
“I would collect comics and novels from friends, after all, we used to have standard books which everyone, or at least most of us in the class had to have read. This upbringing has had an impact on me because, in my scope of work, I have to research and be well informed, fortunately, it all began when I was a child,” Ndawula said then.
He worked as a radio presenter and deejay at Capital FM, one of Uganda’s biggest radio stations from 1995 until 2015 when Alex finally retired from radio.
The radio presenter is being mourned by many Ugandans in different fields of life, especially in the entertainment industry in which Alex had a great impact as a music promoter and a celebrated deejay.
