Brian Keselowski shared the heartbreaking news on Twitter, writing: “My dad will always be my hero. He was quiet and understated, but that didn’t change the impact he had on me or that I watched him have on everyone who knew him.
“I am forever grateful for what I learned from this man, and I will remember him every day,” Brian Keselowski, a former NASCAR driver, wrote.
A few days ago, Brian provided a sad health update about his father. He said that that former ARCA Menards Series champion has faced cancer for the past two years and is nearing the end of his battle.
“It is with profound sadness and a broken heart to inform everyone that my dad, Bob Keselowski, is nearing the end of his amazing, fast-paced life,” he tweeted on December 18.
“He has battled cancer for the past two years, and he fought the good fight as hard as he could. Unfortunately, there isn’t much more fight left, so my family and I are preparing ourselves and making sure dad is not in any pain until his time comes.
Brian continued: “Please say a prayer and keep us in your thoughts during this very difficult time.”

How did Bob Keselowski Die at 70?
Former professional stock car racing driver Bob Keselowski’s cause of death has been announced. Bob battled cancer for the past two years.
Bob was one of the original drivers in the Camping World Truck Series in 1995 when it raced under the name the NASCAR SuperTruck Series.
After finishing 15th in the inaugural season, Keselowski finished 16th in the second season. He won his only NASCAR race when he won the 1997 Virginia Is For Lovers 200 at Richmond International Raceway.
The champion competed for one more full season and two part-time seasons before his NASCAR career was over.
