Hollywood Hairdresser Carrie White Passed Away
We are sad to inform you that celebrity stylist Carrie White passed away at the age of 78. She was a famous hairdresser and cut hair for top 1960s and 1970s celebrities. She died on May 4, 2022. May she rest in peace.
She was born on August 25, 1943, in Hollywood. Carrie became the First Lady of Hairdressing. She had her own salon and also was the leading hairstylist on the set of SHAMPOO and in The Man Who Fell to Earth movie, she was the one who gave David Bowie that striking orange hair.
In the famous movie One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest, she designed Louise Fletcher’s hair to be transformed into Nurse Ratched.
Her death was announced by Alison Martino on her social media. Still, No cause of death was given in Carrie White’s passing.

We chatted on this thing quite a bit and also shared a strong connection to the history of Los Angeles”.
