His short statement read, “RIP: Jamie Bartlett Prolific stage and screen actor, best known for his role as David Genaro on the etv soapie Rhythm City, has died at 55.”
James Bartlett was born on July 9, 1966, and is remembered for appearing as the wicked puppet master, David Genaro on Rhythm City which is shown in many African countries including, Kenya, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Lesotho, and more.
Late David tied the knot to actress Camilla Waldman of Generations fame and they shared a son, Hector, and later separated. The popular and multi-faceted artist who formerly played in Rhythm City was David Genaro. He also starred as David Genaro in 2007.
