Heath Freeman’s death has been confirmed by his manager. Joe S. Montifiore confirmed on Monday night that the actor had passed away.
Montifiore wrote, “We are truly devastated at the loss of our beloved Heath Freeman. A brilliant human being with an intense and soulful spirit, he leaves us with an indelible imprint in our hearts.”
Joe later noted: “His remarkable legacy as a son, brother, uncle, friend, extraordinarily gifted actor and producer, consummate cook, and man with the most infectious and spectacular laugh, will live on forever. May his memory be a blessing to all who knew and loved him.”
Late in the night on Sunday, November 14, 2021, actress and model Shanna Moakler took to her Instagram account to share the sad news of the sudden passing of actor Heath Freeman.
Heartbroken to hear of the loss of my dear friend Heath Freeman, talented actor, director, producer, outstanding chef, and a solid friend,” Shanna wrote alongside a photo of the friends.

“You will be so dearly missed, and I will cherish every amazing memory we all had…. and we have a lot of great ones!! Godspeed. ❤️⚓️😓 #ataloss,” she added.
Heath Freeman was born on June 23, 1980, and was just 41-years-old at the time of his passing. He studied acting and film at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts and then participated in the BFA acting program at The University of Texas at Austin.
In 2003, the young actor starred as Benjamin Frank in the hit series NCIS before becoming best known for his notable role as Howard Epps in Bones.
According to IMDB, Freeman had a project in post-production and was in a project being filmed when he passed away. He was set to star in the movies Terror on the Prairie and Devil’s Fruit, which are set to be released in 2022.
The star is listed as an actor in 27 television shows and films, as well as having both producer and writing credits.

According to a comment from Travis Barker’s ex, Shanna, the actor died in his sleep over the weekend at his home in Austin, Texas.

In addition to her Instagram tribute, Moakler took to her Twitter profile to share more photos of the friends, writing: “Godspeed beautiful friend, I will miss your laugh and cherish our great times… ty for making this life exciting and fun @heathfreeman #heartbroken”.

His first acting credit is a 2001 episode of ER, followed by a film entitled The Painting. He had small roles in several television shows – including NCIS, Without A Trace, and The Closer.
He appeared in the series Raising the Bar, playing the role of Gavin Dillon, as well as starring in Spartacus: Blood and Sand.
Freeman also wrote, produced, and starred as Brent Burkham in Skateland alongside Ashley Greene.
He was a partner in the production company Freeman Film. According to the company’s website, “Freeman Film was created by brothers Brandon and Heath Freeman alongside long term friend Anthony Burns.”

Shortly after the heartbreaking news of Heath Freeman’s death was revealed, several fans, friends stated their condolences and paid poignant tributes to him.
Pretty Little Liars actress Ashley Benson shared a photo of herself and Freeman on her Instagram story with a heartbroken emoji. “I’ll love you forever @heathmonster RIP,” Ashley wrote.

“Actor Heath Freeman aged 41, has died. He was in Bones and NCIS. Cause of his death has not yet been revealed. Seems to an awful lot of younger people dying at the moment. I wonder why,” one Twitter user wrote.
Another user wrote: “Why are healthy 41-year-olds dying “peaceful deaths” in their sleep? No cause of death listed. Hmmm. I wonder how many vaxx shots he got?”
