Many condolences have been made on social media, informing us of the Presenter Grichka Bogdanoff‘s twin brother’s passing on January 3nd, 2021. The heartfelt news has shaken many souls as he passed away a few days after his brother. Stay to learn more about Igor Bogdanoff’s cause of sudden death, his personal life, and her career.

Born on 29 August 1949, Igor and Grégoire were French twin brother television presenters, producers, and scientific essayists who presented various subjects in science fiction, popular science, and cosmology from the 1970s on.

They were involved in several controversies, most notably the Bogdanov affair. The brothers wrote nonsensical advanced physics papers that were nonetheless published in reputable scientific journals.

They started their successful careers in television by hosting multiple popular programs on science and science fiction, beginning with Temps X (Time X), which ran from 1979 to 1989.

“They always said they cannot live without the other…”

To the French public, they introduced many British and American science-fiction series, The Twilight Zone, The Prisoner, Star Trek, Battlestar Galactica, and Doctor Who.

The Bogdanoffs launched a new weekly television show, Rayons X (X Rays), on the French public channel France 2 in 2002, and two years later, they presented a 90-minute particular cosmology program.

Sad to see that the twin stars of the 1980s are gone. The brothers rose to fame in the 1980s with their popular science show “Temps X.” May they both rest easy in grace and love.
