Born on 11 August 1942 in Wichita, Kansas, is considered to be a retired actress who started as a child model. She made her screen debut as the love interest of Elvis Presley in the film, Girls! Girls! Girls! The movie was released back in 1962.

To name a few of her projects, must say that she was a co-star in the Paramount comedy Papa’s Delicate Condition, playing Augusta Griffith, the daughter of Jack and Amberlyn Griffith.

In 1964, she made an appearance in the western films Stage to Thunder Rock, as well as Law of the Lawless in 1964, and The Glory Guys back in 1965.

She also appeared as a guest actor on a few drama television series, including the Star Trek pilot episode as Yeoman J. M. Colt, The Cage, and Mannix, A Question Of Midnight.

In some comedy series, she had appeared in the role of Phoebe, the Chief’s niece, in the TV comedy Get Smart, and the role of Stella in two episodes of The Beverly Hillbillies (“Robin Hood and the Sheriff” and “Robin Hood of Griffith Park”) which was both from 1967.

Not to mention what was Laurel Goodwin’s cause of death, we learned the tragic news from Jay Stobie as he tweeted: “Sad to hear that Laurel Goodwin, yet another member of our #StarTrek family, has passed away. Laurel appeared along with Captain Pike, Number One, and Spock in the original pilot, “The Cage.” Sending my condolences to her family and loved ones 💔”
