Rumor Behind Twitch Star Pokimane’s Cause of Death


As you probably noticed too, some rumors have started to spread about Canadian-Moroccan Internet personality Twitch star Pokimane’s cause of death while there is no official report about her death at this time.

Imane Anys famously known as Pokimane is the most-followed woman channel on Twitch, best known for her amazing live streams on Twitch, posting video game content, especially in League of Legends and Fortnite.

The news came to the center of attention after she was absent for a while. Pokimane is a member and co-founder of OfflineTV, an online social entertainment group of content creators.

Boasting more than 9m fans on the purple streaming platform, Anys has been on broadcast since 2013, sharing about ten years of her life with her fans.

However, her meteoric came to fame and it was not without its controversies in 2019, Anys experienced backlash after an old video from a past stream resurfaced that displayed her saying a racial slur.

Pokimane’s Cause of Death Was Just A Rumor

At this time there is no confirmed report about Pokimane’s cause of death at this time, but some spread rumors and claim she lost his life due to suicide.

The Pokimane channel features edited gaming clips from streams while Pokimane Too includes unrelated clips of her gaming content, vlogs, and podcast.

On the Pokimane VODS channel, full unedited VOD clips of streams are uploaded.

The Poki ASMR channel featured videos that are part of a broader YouTube community of ASMR content, though Anys has led to upload on the channel. In 2021, Anys launched a new channel named simply ‘imane’ which covers more personal topics and vlogs rather than gaming-related topics.

Born in Morocco on 14 May 1996, Anys’ family relocated to Quebec, Canada, when she was four. Her parents were academics. Anys attended McMaster University and studied chemical engineering but dropped out later to pursue her streaming career full-time. She is living in Los Angeles.
