There is a mysterious story behind Australia cricket legend and the greatest leg-spinner of all-time Shane Warne’s cause of death after he passed away Today on March 4, 2022, at the age of 52. May he rest in peace.

This shocking death news was first confirmed by Warne’s management company MPC Entertainment in a brief statement in the early hours of Saturday (AEDT), that he passed away in Koh Samui, Thailand.

The statement reads, “Shane was found unresponsive in his villa and despite the best efforts of medical staff, he could not be revived. The family requests privacy at this time and will provide further details in due course.”

He was well-known as ‘Warnie’ and adored by millions across the world. Warne is additionally remembered by many as the greatest bowler to ever play the game.

Warne leaves behind his three children with his former wife Simone Callahan. The couple was married between 1995 and 2005. Good to know, he had complete heterochromia, as a result of which one of his eyes was blue, and the other green.

Shane Warne’s Cause of Death Was Reported as Suspected Heart Attack

The management partly released Shane Warne’s cause of death, announcing that the legend lost his life at the age of 52 after suffering a suspected heart attack in Koh Samui, Thailand.

He had regularly served as a cricket commentator, predominantly on Australia’s Nine Network. He was also signed by Sky Sports in 2009.

His stellar international career last across 15 years and saw him take 708 Test wickets, the most ever for an Australian, and the second-most of all time behind only Muttiah Muralitharan.

He made his Test debut at the SCG in 1992 and soon become a bold figure across all formats in one of the greatest sustained periods of dominance by any team in world cricket.

He was a member of Australia’s World Cup win in 1999, and five Ashes-winning sides between 1993 and 2003.

Gary Lineker said, “Terribly saddened and shocked to hear the news that Shane Warne has died. The greatest spin bowler of all time. Can’t quite believe it. RIP Shane”

Ex Pakistan quick Shoaib Akhtar penned, “Just heard the devastating news about legendary Shane Warne passing away. No words to describe how shocked & sad i am. What a legend. What a man. What a cricketer.”

West Indies star Carlos Brathwaite also tweeted, “Sometimes it’s difficult to remember people who you idolize are human. It’s impossible to think they’ll leave us. Such a young age with so much more to give to our game. This is a big loss to the cricketing world. RIP Shane Warne”

Shane Warne’s Death News Only Days After Rodney Marsh

The heartbreaking news of Shane Warne’spassing came only days after we lost Oz catcher-in-the-fly, straight-talking mentor Rodney Marsh breathed his last breath on Friday after suffering a major heart attack last week.

It’s very hard to know that Shane Warne passed away only hours after paying tribute to Rodney on Twitter, writing, “Sad to hear the news that Rod Marsh has passed. He was a legend of our great game & an inspiration to so many young boys & girls.

He added, “Rod cared deeply about cricket & gave so much-especially to Australia & England players. Sending lots & lots of love to Ros & the family. RIP mate.”
