Jeffrey Epstein Sexual Assault: Accusers Lawsuit


Jeffrey Epstein sexual assault faces another lawsuit from two more women. They claimed that like Jeffrey’s sex crimes involving minors, they were assaulted by the financier and others too.

These two new Jeffrey accusers have come forward in a lawsuit filed against his estate; According to an amended lawsuit filed Friday.

The two suits are between the five that lawyer Lisa Bloom has either filed or is planning to file against the executors of Epstein’s estate, Darren Indyke, and Richard Kahn.

The women claim that Epstein molested them decades ago in New York City and South Carolina. As stated in a complaint filed in the Southern District of New York. Jeffrey died by suicide in August while in federal custody. The Federal Bureau of Prisons reported Jeffrey Epstein’s death in prison.

Nine other women sued Jeffrey Epstein sexual assault earlier this month, saying he had “sexually battered, assaulted and abused” them at his properties in New York City, Palm Beach, Florida, New Mexico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

The women are mentioned in the lawsuit as Jane Doe 3 and Jane Doe 4. They also join an existing lawsuit filed of Jeffrey Epstein’s victim’s stories in August. This lawsuit was told in court for the first time.

The Lawsuit included the accounts of two women, Jane Doe 1 and Jane Doe 2. The women who were suing for alleged sexual battery. The lawsuit includes lists of nine other unnamed defendants; the plaintiffs assert that they were employees or agents of Epstein, according to the lawsuit.

New Lawsuit for Jeffrey Epstein

Jane Doe 3 and 4 are both suing the Epstein estate for alleged sexual battery of a minor and alleged assault of a minor. All four victims are suing for alleged intentional infliction of emotional distress.

All four women are represented by attorneys with The Bloom Firm, headed by attorney Lisa Bloom.

The lawsuit inquires $100 million in compensatory and punitive damages. Either way, an amount planned to determine at trial, for suffering and psychological damages. Compared to legal fees, pre- and post-judgment interest, and any additional relief the court deems proper.

Epstein, 66, was arrested July 6 on allegations of trafficking and abusing dozens of girls in the early 2000s.

He pleaded not guilty and died after seemingly taking his own life in custody at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan.
A lawyer serving Epstein’s estate, Bennet Moskowitz, did not immediately respond to a request for comment on the latest claims.

The new accusations mirror a similar pattern of former accusations against Epstein. In the lawsuit, Jane Doe 3 alleges Epstein took photos of her in her underwear and then pinned her against a wall. Jeffrey Epstein Sexual Assault towards her, she was an aspiring model in New York City in 1990.

She was around 15 years old when she met Epstein. He had represented himself as a modeling photographer connected with a modeling agency, stated in the lawsuit.

He invited her to a private property address and presented himself as a casting photographer before directing her to remove her clothing. The lawsuit says she dropped out of high school in the 10th grade due in part to the “psychological and emotional scarring from her encounter with Epstein.”

Jane Doe 4 claims in the lawsuit that she met Epstein around 1984 in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. She was only 13 years old. Epstein had rented a vacation resort from the accuser’s mother and hired her as a babysitter.

As Jane Doe 4 showed up to the rental home there were no children to babysit and Epstein offered her alcohol and drugs before raping her, the lawsuit alleges.

Epstein advanced into the pattern of abuse for several years, supplying her with drugs, alcohol and violently abusing her, the lawsuit relates. He also allegedly took nude photos of Jane Doe 4 and refused to provide them to her.

According to the lawsuit, Epstein also flew Jane Doe 4 to New York City at least three times and brought her to “intimate gatherings with other prominent, wealthy men” where she was “brutally and forcibly battered, assaulted and raped by theses other men she met through Epstein,” the lawsuit stated.

Epstein died in jail on August 10. The medical examiner has ruled the death of suicide. He had been accused of running a sex trafficking ring of underage girls and had pleaded not guilty to charges of conspiracy and sex trafficking of minors.
